Honestly, don't know if I could write enough good things about Next Level Construction (Destry) and the crew. We hired them last year to complete our basement, and their work was impeccable (I'll speak more to that later).
I think perhaps the best thing about Destry is just how communicative he is. This sounds like something minimal, but was absolutely the best part of working with him and his team. I'd send a text and get a response within the hour. If I gave him a call, he'd pick up or call back before the end of the day. We've hired our fair share of contractors for various projects inside and outside the house. Destry is the ONLY one with this level of communication, and it is a game changer.
Now, in regards to their quality of work, the city inspector quite literally said during his walkthrough, "I never have to worry about anything when checking these guys' work". That's always reassuring to hear as a homeowner. Furthermore, my father-in-law is a licensed home inspector who runs a home inspecting business. He wanted to take a look at everything throughout the process and was very impressed at every stage.
We're very pleased with Next Level Construction, their professionalism, quality of service, cost, and overall ease to work with. We loved the final outcome and couldn't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for general contract work.

I had a great experience with Destry and his crew at Next Level Construction Services. We had him finish our basement along with add some electrical for a hot tub. Everything turned out AMAZING. We had him put in a kitchenette, home theater system, extra bathroom and bedroom. We couldn't be more impressed with the work that was done and we love using what he built for us.
What also impressed me was how timely he was throughout the whole process. The NLC team moved quicker than expected at times to get different stages of the basement done. Even in the early stages, when I was getting estimates from other firms, Destry was the only person to get back to me really quick with an estimate AND he even drew up mock plans which no other company did. It led to me going with him and I did not regret it!

It generally makes me anxious because prior jobs, with other firms, have been handled with poor communication, bad work, garbage left everywhere, and other general headaches. When my wife told me she wanted to finish our basement, I said NO WAY.Enter Destry, who was recommended to us by a family member. Destry was on time, he communicated well, he handled our many questions in stride, and he was patient with us as we tried to understand the process. When compared to other bids, we also found his prices to be fair and inline with the market.We decided to move forward and boy am I glad we did. He does good work, his subs are kind and accommodating, and we got a great finished project. He's also very responsive, and doesn't get rattled by a change order.I can't recommend him enough!!
