We believe every remodeling project should feel clear, organized, and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we guide you through each phase of the project so you always know what to expect.
Most basement finishing projects are completed within 7–9 weeks depending on project size and customization.
Step 1
Consultation & Design
We meet with you to discuss your vision, layout ideas, budget, and goals for your space. We then create a simple floor plan and provide a detailed estimate customized to your project.
Step 2
Planning & Permits
Once your project is approved, we finalize plans, pull permits, schedule inspections, and prepare everything needed to begin construction smoothly and efficiently.
Step 3
Construction
Our experienced crew handles framing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, trim, paint, and finishing work with close attention to quality and craftsmanship throughout every stage of the project.
Step 4
Final Touches & Walkthrough
We complete the final details, flooring, fixtures, and inspections before walking through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Final payment is not collected until you are fully satisfied with the completed work.
